Test drive of new prices

You have to test your new prices. Situations are different, the situation in the market of dental services in different cities is different too, so everything should be checked. Fortunately, you can carry out the required test very fast. Right tomorrow raise prices on all our services and see how your patients react to it. Most likely, they will not even notice that you have raised prices by 5, 10, maybe even 15%. Note that patients come to you not so often to immediately see the difference in price. We assume that they do not even remember the value of your services. If they don't remember how many have paid for dental treatment six months ago, then how do they know that this time will pay more?
But if you see the negative reaction and the number of customers in the next day or two are sharply reduced, it means that you may be raised prices too much. However, in most cases, there is a likelihood that your customers will not even notice higher prices, they will absolutely adequately react to it, and you'll start earning much more.
Competing on price is a way to ruin

If the patient has a question: "Why is it so expensive?" you have a great chance to show him all the advantages. Tell the customer that you are on the latest equipment, you use the best materials, and your doctors regularly attend training courses.
The most destructive that you can do for your business, is to compete with other dentists in the price. Competing on price is a dead end. Make your clinic the best in service, the most friendly and courteous staff. Believe me, there will be always another dentist who can offer lower prices than you. Therefore, if the only thing you can offer to customers is the low price for treatment, you can suddenly lose them all.
When you start to build up on the competition, the question of the price immediately disappears. Be a dentist who offers patients the best of everything, including discounts and gifts, and absolute guarantee for all services.
