Then select the desired item, enter the required dimensions and quantity, and click the “Add to cart” button.
After completing your selection, click on the “Shopping Cart” button. You will be redirected to a page where you can review the selected items, adjust quantities, and see the total cost of your order.
The minimum order value is 50 €.
After confirming the selected items and verifying the delivery address, choose a payment method and complete the purchase procedure.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation e-mail with the order details will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check all folders (Inbox, Spam, Updates, etc.).
Our online store accepts payments exclusively via PayPal.
Prices are displayed in EUR or USD.
Order preparation requires 1–3 business days. Before shipping, we carefully verify the correctness of the selected products.

All parcels are shipped from Germany.
Domestic shipments are delivered via DHL.
International shipments are delivered via FedEx.

In case of reshipment due to an incorrect address, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Parcels shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
If your country is outside the EU, please contact your local customs office before purchasing to clarify import regulations. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged on your package. These costs must be paid by the customer, if applicable.
If a parcel fails to clear customs or required documentation is missing, it may be returned to the sender. Once the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs (both directions).
We accept returns only if products are in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Returned items must be sent within 14 days of receipt.
Returned parcels must be sent via courier at the customer’s expense. Please provide the tracking number to [email protected] in order for the refund to be processed.
To expedite the return process, please include the following information:

The date the order was placed and received
A list of the product(s) to be refunded or replaced
The reason for the return
Refunds or replacement shipments (by agreement) are applicable in the following cases:
At the customer’s request, provided that the parcel is returned unchanged (all goods are new, unused, and in original packaging). Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs.
Manufacturing defect — a replacement parcel will be shipped by the warehouse.
Lost parcel — a shipment is considered lost 40 days after the shipping date.
Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
Funds are typically credited within 3–5 business days, depending on the bank. In some cases, processing may take up to 14 days.
If payment was made via PayPal, refunds usually occur on the same business day.
Refunds are not possible while a shipment is in transit.
An exchange is possible only if the implants are returned in their original packaging and are undamaged, unused, and unopened.
Implants approved for exchange will be shipped together with the customer’s next order.
The administration of this website reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices of orders that have already been paid remain unchanged.
Sigma Implants Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, disruptions caused by postal or courier services, strikes, acts of war, epidemics or pandemics, governmental regulations imposed after the fact, fire, failures of communication lines or power supply, earthquakes, or other natural or man-made disasters.
