Please pay attention: delivery may be delayed or prolonged due to COVID-19. We are sorry for the situation and hope for understanding.
 
Shipping charges, delivery options & carriers vary depending on your ship-to location and merchandise amount. We ship your orders via FedEx or DHL.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, e-mail and contact phone number. In case of the order reshipment due to incorrect address, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Germany. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please check all folders, including folder Spam.
Sometimes you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Parcels sent within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties.
In case your country is not the EU member, please contact your local customs office for information about your country's customs policy before purchasing. We are not responsible for any import taxes charged on your package. The customs duties should be paid by the customer (in case of need). In case of failure to pass customs, or the absence of the necessary documentation the parcel can be returned to the sender. After we receive the parcel back the refund for the order will be made in full, less the shipping costs (both directions).

Return/Exchange

All products of our online store we can exchange or take back only in original packaging without any damage. You should send the product(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Sigma Dental Implants have a lifetime warranty. In case of rejection, we are obliged to replace the damaged implants for free. Implants for exchange will be shipped with your new order.
You need to send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us to admin@sigma-implants.com with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued. Exchanges may take up to ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
Kindly include when you contact us at admin@sigma-implants.com the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
- Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
- A list of the product(s) to be fixed or refunded
- The reason you wish to return the products
Money refund or sending of new parcel (by agreement) comes in following cases:
- By customer's request, but only in case client send the parcel back to warehouse unchanged (all goods are new, packed and unused). Refunds are made without the shipping charges. In case of manufacturing defect the warehouse ships a new parcels
- In case of loss of the parcel. The parcel considered as lost in 40 days after shipping.
Refund
Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However this can take up to 14 days. If you paid using Paypal, this usually is refunded the same working day.
Refund are not possible during shipping process.
