Free FedEx international shipping is available for orders over €600.
Shipping charges, delivery options, and carriers depend on the destination country and order value. Orders are shipped via FedEx worldwide and DHL within Germany only.
Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact phone number are entered correctly. In case of reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, all additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch from our warehouse in Germany. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check all email folders, including Spam.
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to complete fulfillment.
Parcels shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
If your country is not a member of the EU, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase for information regarding import regulations. Sigma Implants is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your shipment. Any such charges must be paid by the customer.
In the event that a parcel cannot clear customs or is returned due to missing or incorrect documentation, the shipment may be returned to the sender. Once the returned parcel is received, a refund will be issued for the order amount excluding shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping).

Orders must be placed by 12:00 (Germany time) to be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

We accept returns for products purchased from our online store only if they are in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please send the package via courier at your own expense and provide the tracking number to [email protected] in order for the refund to be processed.
To speed up the return process, please include the following information:
Your full name
The date the order was placed and received
A list of the product(s) to be refunded or replaced
The reason for the return
Refunds or shipment of a replacement parcel (by agreement) are applicable in the following cases:
At the customer’s request, provided that the parcel is returned to the warehouse unchanged (all goods are new, unused, and in original packaging). Refunds are issued excluding shipping costs.
In case of a manufacturing defect, a replacement parcel will be shipped by the warehouse.
Lost parcel — a shipment is considered lost 40 days after the shipping date.
Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
PayPal refunds are usually completed within the same business day.
Refunds are not possible while the shipment is in transit.
An exchange is possible only if the implants are returned in their original packaging and are undamaged, unused, and unopened.
Implants approved for exchange will be shipped together with the customer’s next order.
