Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Germany. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please check all folders, including folder Spam.
Domestic shipments are delivered by DHL. The goods are dispatched to all countries of the world by FedEx.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, e-mail and contact phone number. In case of the order reshipment due to incorrect address, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Parcels sent within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties. In case your country is not the EU member, please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's customs policy before purchasing. We are not responsible for any import taxes charged on your package. The customs duties should be paid by the customer (in case of need).

All products of our online store we can exchange or take back only in original packaging without any damage. You should send the product(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Sigma Dental Implants have a lifetime warranty. In case of rejection, we are obliged to replace the damaged implants for free any time.
You need to send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us to email@example.com with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued.
Exchanges may take up to ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.

Money refund or sending of new parcel (by agreement) comes in following cases:
- By customer's request, but only in case client send the parcel back to warehouse unchanged (all goods are new, packed and unused). Refunds are made without the shipping charges. In case of manufacturing defect the warehouse ships a new parcels
- In case of loss of the parcel. The parcel considered as lost in 40 days after shipping.
Once your returned goods are received by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account. However this can take up to 14 days. If you paid using Paypal, this usually is refunded the same working day.
Refund are not possible during shipping process.
