Shipping charges, delivery options & carriers vary depending on your ship-to location and merchandise amount. We ship your orders via FedEx or DHL.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, e-mail and contact phone number. In case of the order reshipment due to incorrect address, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Germany. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please check all folders, including folder Spam.
Sometimes you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Parcels sent within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties.
In case your country is not the EU member, please contact your local customs office for information about your country's customs policy before purchasing. We are not responsible for any import taxes charged on your package. The customs duties should be paid by the customer (in case of need). In case of failure to pass customs, or the absence of the necessary documentation the parcel can be returned to the sender. After we receive the parcel back the refund for the order will be made in full, less the shipping costs (both directions).

Orders must be placed by 12:00 (Germany time) to be shipped the same business day otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Return
We accept returns for all products from our online store only if they are in their original packaging and undamaged. Products should be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please send your package via courier at your own expense and provide us with the tracking number at
admin@sigma-implants.com for a refund to be issued.
Please include the following information to expedite the processing of your return:
- Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
- A list of the product(s) to be fixed or refunded
- The reason you wish to return the products
Money refunds or sending a new parcel (by agreement) are applicable in the following cases:
1. By customer's request, provided the parcel is returned to the warehouse unchanged (all goods are new, packed, and unused). Refunds are made without shipping charges. In case of a manufacturing defect, the warehouse ships a new parcel.
2. In the case of a lost parcel, it is considered lost 40 days after shipping."
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we process the refund. Typically, funds are credited within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days. If you paid through PayPal, the refund usually occurs on the same working day.
Refunds are not possible during the shipping process.
Exchange
Sigma Dental Implants come with a lifetime warranty. In the event of rejection, we are committed to replacing damaged implants free of charge.
Before sending disintegrated implants for exchange, please review the following guidelines: 1. Requirements for disintegrated implants:
- Disintegrated
implants must be clean (free from blood and biological tissues) and
sterilized.
- Each implant should be
individually packaged in a sterile craft pouch (see the picture below).
- Each implant must have a sticker with the
LOT number.
- Each implant required a
completed form (click here to download it)
2. You need to send disintegrated implants via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number at admin@sigma-implants.com.
3. The inspection of disintegrated implants is conducted by the Quality Control Department once a month (on the last Friday of the month).4. Implants returned in violation of the requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense (including taxes) or disposed of upon their request.5. Implants for exchange will be shipped with your new order.
