Ordering

First, please register an account. Make sure to enter an accurate delivery address, email address, and contact phone number.
Next, select the desired product, specify the required dimensions and quantity, and click the “Add to cart” button.

After completing your selection, click on the “Shopping Cart” button. You will be redirected to a page where you can review the selected items, adjust quantities, and view the total order cost.

Once you have confirmed the selected items and verified the delivery address, please read and accept our Terms & Conditions. Choose the payment method and complete the purchase.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check all email folders, including Inbox, Spam, Updates, and others.

Payment

Payments in our online store are accepted via PayPal.
All prices are displayed in EUR or USD.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. Before shipping, we carefully verify the accuracy of the selected products. If necessary, we may recommend changes or additional items to ensure correct product selection and proper use.
If clarification is required, we will contact you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Once the order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message containing the tracking number and tracking link. Please check all email folders, including Spam and Social.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from Germany.
Domestic shipments within Germany are delivered via DHL.
International shipments are delivered worldwide via FedEx.

Free worldwide shipping is available for orders over €600.

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and phone number are entered correctly. In case of reshipment due to incorrect or incomplete address details, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
