Analyzing your customer base you can find 10-15% of customers who visits you constantly (for consultations, treatment, prevention) and spend a lot of money. We want to recommend you, as a leader, to phone these patients personally. Find out how they are doing, thank for the fact that they are your loyal customers and, of course, tell them about a special offer. It may be some discounts, gifts, bonuses. If you are carrying out a special offer, you need to make an additional bonus for VIP - customers; it'll be extra bonus for special clients. You need to phone at least fifteen people. Firstly, you will learn their reactions, secondly, significantly increase their loyalty, and they from the simple customers become "VIPs."
In the future, work with VIP-clients to need to prescribe in regulations (how often you will allocate these customers, how, what will be the text for callbacks).
