How is a treatment plan created?
Treatment plan
The treatment plan is made within 3 working days from the moment of providing all correct patient data.
Important:You will receive a notification on your e-mail, which you specified during registration when the plan was ready. You can view it in your personal account. The next step is to meet with the patient to show him the plan and discuss all the details and costs of the therapy.
3D visualization
Demonstrate a 3D visualization to the patient so that he can see the changes at each stage. This motivates him to make decisions faster and see if these changes are in line with expectations. Note that treatment may take a little longer than expected. Prepare the patient for a possible additional phase of adjustment.
Tip: Explain your patient that all attachments on the teeth will be the same color as the teeth. Red attachments are presented only on video for better visibility.
Adjustment of the treatment plan
If there is a need to make changes or comment on the treatment plan - this can be done on the portal. After processing this request, the doctor will receive an alternative treatment plan free of charge within three working days.
How is the treatment process going?
Step 1. Placing attachments (if needed)
The treatment plan clearly states which teeth need to be placing the attachments and during which period of treatment. The aligner under № 0 (zero aligner) is a template for placing attachments on the teeth. Before placing the attachments, make sure that the aligners №0 and №1 fit well on the teeth. If so, you can start placing attachments.
Step 2. Performing the IPR
Read the instructions * carefully before performing the IPR. Note the time when you need to perform IPR. Strictly follow the instructions so that the treatment goes as planned. IPR can be performed in several ways. Use special tools to measure the distance between the teeth, make sure that this distance is the same as specified in the treatment plan. * Instructions for performing IPR are provided in the treatment plan for your patient.
Important: Follow the instructions carefully and always use a tool to measure the distance.
Step 3. Moving teeth
Plan a convenient number of follow-up visits with the patient to make sure that the teeth are moving according to the treatment plan.
Step 4. Retention period
The smile stays with you forever Your teeth will definitely want to return to their old places after completing the course of wearing aligners. Retainers are the only way to keep your new smile and protect the investments you have made. During the first 2 weeks after treatment, you need to wear retainers for at least 22 hours as you wore aligners. Then it is enough to wear them only at bedtime. We recommend changing the retainers every six months to keep them fresh
